An Omaha man will stand trial on charges of manslaughter and use of a firearm to commit a felony after he allegedly shot and killed his close friend last month.
Police were called to Eat the Worm, a bar in the Old Market, at 12:24 a.m. March 4 on reports of an unknown disturbance. Outside the bar, they found Ja'Sean Coleman positioned partially inside the back passenger seat of a Jeep with a gunshot wound. Coleman later died at the Nebraska Medical Center.
