The Omaha Police Department has identified the man fatally shot by police Tuesday after police say he opened fire on SWAT officers.Â
Omaha police investigate after SWAT officers fatally shot a man after he opened fire during an eviction-related standoff at 2713 S. 19th St.on Tuesday. A man who lived at the address but was being evicted was inside the residence and "highly agitated,"police said.
