Employees at Sweet & Associates found the dog encased in duct tape in the dumpster behind their building earlier this month. “Huge shoutout to Kevin Wiederin and Judy O’Halloran of Sweet & Associates for saving Leo’s life,” the Nebraska Humane Society said in a release.
