This season's Creighton-Nebraska women's basketball game will arrive a little later than expected.Â
CU announced Tuesday that the rivalry game will now be played Nov. 22, one day later than it was originally scheduled. The Bluejays and Huskers will play at CHI Health Center for the first time this year, with the game time to be announced at a later date.
The women's hoops matchup will be part of a busy weekend for Creighton and Nebraska. CU will host the Big East volleyball tournament at Sokol Arena on Nov. 21 and 22, while the NU football team will host Ohio State on Nov. 21.
The Huskers cruised to an 84-50 win over the Jays in last season's meeting, snapping CU's three-game winning streak in the rivalry.Â
Creighton also announced that it will play two games in the Coconut Hoops tournament in Fort Myers, Florida, on Nov. 27 and 29.
