Victor Frasher, Educators Credit Union director of community engagement, was one of the judges Thursday at the fourth annual chili cook-off.
Pleasant aromas filled the air Thursday during the fourth annual chili cook-off at the Racine Fire Department, 810 Eighth St. A Racine Fire Department team made chili, as did culinary students from Case, Horlick and Park high schools. Horlick students won, Case took second and RFD Station 1 placed third in the judge's vote. Horlick also won the popular vote.
