Creighton University welcomed Jovita Neliupšienė, the European Union's ambassador to the United States, to its Omaha campus on Tuesday.
Jovita Neliupšienė Neliupšienė’s Creighton visit marked a bit of a homecoming for the 46-year-old Lithuanian who studied abroad at Creighton in 2007.
