After five years of training for, and participating in, local pageants, 17-year-old Halle Knutson finally came away with her title: Miss Scotts Bluff County Fair’s Teen Queen 2026. Though pageant rehearsals took place over the week prior to the start of the county fair, Knutson explained that the majority of the time participants put into the pageant is nearly invisible.
