RED CLOUD, Neb. — Nonpartisan U.S. Senate candidate Dan Osborn addressed a crowd of about 50 people in Red Cloud on Thursday, just two weeks after drawing criticism from some rural Nebraskans and public officials for secretly recorded comments he made about a theoretical Red Cloud resident.Â
Dan Osborn started his town hall Thursday by saying, "I do regret those words, and for that I apologize the people of Red Cloud."Â
