A ribbon cutting ceremony was held at Stoddard Place on Thursday. There are 25 two-bedroom apartments for senior living in the first phase and the remodel of the elementary school. Â
"So, for generations, Stoddard Elementary was a place where the neighborhood came together. We were glad to revitalize and make new life of this project," Hoppe Development Connor Menard said.Â
