YUTAN — The taste of defeat last year in the first round of the Class C-2 State Volleyball Tournament has been on the mind of the Yutan volleyball team all season. They will have a chance to avenge that defeat after qualifying for state for the second straight year with a four-set win over Elgin-Pope John in the C2-5 district final on Nov. 2 at home.
