What’s included in the first batch of videos?
Netflix is launching the Nike Training Club program in two sections. The first contains five series:
Kickstart Fitness with the Basics
Two Weeks to a Stronger Core
Fall in Love with VinyasaÂ
HIT & Strength with Tara
Feel-Good Fitness
1. Kickstart fitness with the basics
If you’re a beginner, this is the pace to start. This series consists of 13 episodes coached by multiple instructors. It’s designed to build your strength and stamina three times a week for four weeks. You won’t need any home gym equipment to master the basics — even a mat is optional. If you’re looking for a more advanced workout, another Nike Training Club offering could be better for you.
2. Two weeks to a stronger core
If you want to achieve defined abs in 2023, this is the series for you. Over seven episodes, you’ll build a seriously strong core through bodyweight drills, yoga and HIT workouts. You won’t need any equipment, and this program is suitable for beginners. To get a start on your toned tummy, this workout is recommended three times a week for two weeks.
3. Fall in love with vinyasa
Branden Collinsworth and Jonah Kest host this beginner-friendly vinyasa yoga series. If you’re looking for a low-impact workout that builds strength and flexibility while promoting emotional wellbeing, you’ll fall in love with these six episodes.
4. Tara Nicolas series
If you want to feel your exercise working, you’ll definitely break a sweat with this 14-episode series coached by Tara Nicolas. Rap, hip-hop, dance and electronic music keep you motivated through these high-intensity workouts. Get in shape over three weeks with these quick routines.
5. Feel-good finess
This beginner-level fitness class is broken up into six episodes with multiple instructors. You’ll need some moderate to heavy dumbbells, a yoga bloc, and a resistance band or light weights to get the most out of this series. If you want a total body workout that builds strength and mobility while being something you look forward to doing, try these classes three times a week for two weeks.
If your goal is to get fit, you don’t need to break the bank on expensive home equipment, a gym membership or personal training.
