How to decide if Black Friday 2020 deals from your favorite stores and brands are worth it

The versatile Nintendo Switch and its smaller, handheld-only counterpart, the Switch Lite, don’t go on sale often. In fact, it can be difficult to buy the console, which is in high demand, at all, sale or no sale.

New laptops and desktops will be high on wish lists for many people who’ve been working or learning remotely this year. With more Black Friday sales starting earlier and further moving online, you probably won’t have to claw your way to the front of a line to get the best price on one.

Although the prices, styles and functions vary, Fitbits share one major feature: They’re often at their lowest prices around Black Friday.

Ugg is kicking off holiday savings on Nov. 25 with its Cyber Week Closet sale. The retailer promises shoppers will see “bestselling seasonal styles with Classics, boots, shoes, slippers, robes, and UGG apparel at up to 60% off” on its website.

Bath & Body Works stores will be closed on Thanksgiving, but Black Friday discounts will be available online and in stores throughout Thanksgiving week.

Walmart's "Black Friday Deals for Days" sale has been underway for weeks, but (actual) Black Friday deals, some of which are noted here, will be available online at 12 a.m. Eastern time Friday, Nov. 27.
